Star Wars Galaxy map

As a Star Wars fan I was surprised by the lack of a proper 3D interactive galaxy map (at least as a stand-alone application). So I decided to create my own.

Based on cartographic information by Henry Bernberg I've replicated a holographic version of the map. The goal was to create an interactive and educational experience, while keeping a clean overall design. The current version features full Galaxy projection with a small cluster of planets in the upper Outer Rim. A list of planets available, a search option, toggle-able galactic disc and coordinate system with distance calculation.

Created using Unreal Engine 4 via Blueprint.
